There are the four main areas where business analysts require programming.

Technical Requirements :

  • Business analysts must be aware of the limitations imposed by the technological requirements when working on software development projects.
  • They can better understand these needs and interact with developers if they have coding expertise.

Data analysis:

  • In order to make wise business judgements, business analysts must examine data.
  • They can work more productively and automate monotonous data analysis chores with the aid of basic coding abilities.
  • Most used Programming languages for Data analysis are python and R

Testing and prototyping:

  • In the process of developing software, these two activities are crucial. Business analysts who are able to build prototypes or carry out simple tests might accelerate the development process.

Problem Solving:

  • Coding teaches rational problem-solving techniques and the ability to break down big issues into smaller, more manageable chunks.
  • Business analysts can benefit from having these skills when working on complicated projects, in particular.
