For security reasons, it’s not possible to merge or combine Microsoft accounts, nor can you transfer such things as your game progress or gamertag, account purchases and balancefrom one account to another.
Microsoft personal accounts and Microsoft 365 work or school accounts can be used side by side.
Email accounts

Subscribers can also add their Gmail account to their Outlook.com as a connected account, allowing messages to appear in one mailbox.
Windows accounts
You can only be signed in with one Microsoft account at a time, but you can have multiple accounts (such as other family membersor your work account) on your computer.
Having different accounts on a shared PC lets multiple people use the same device, all while giving everyone their own sign-in info, plus access to their own files, browser favorites, and desktop settings.
In addition, if you use the same PC for personal projects and work or school, you may want to add different accounts to your PC.
OneDrive accounts
You can use OneDrive to sync both your work or school files and personal filesto your OneDrive for home account.You can't sync or shareyour work or school folders to your OneDrive personal folders, but you can copyor drag and drop files from one to another.

If you have more than one Xbox profile, you can switch between profiles by following a few simple steps.

Use Microsoft Edge to create profiles to sign in with additional accounts, and to keepwork and personal browsing separate. You can also add a profile for each family member.
